The UfiSpace S9600-28DX is a high-performance open aggregation router designed for versatile deployment in 5G networks and broadband solutions. Powered by Broadcom’s Qumran2c silicon and Intel’s Icelake processor, it offers a switching capacity of 2.4 Tbps with 24x100G and 4x400G ports. Supporting advanced synchronization standards like IEEE 1588v2 and SyncE, it is optimized for time-sensitive applications, including use as an Edge Grandmaster or Boundary Clock in 5G infrastructures. The router features an integrated Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) powered by the AST2620 chipset, enabling efficient remote monitoring and troubleshooting, even in out-of-band scenarios. Additionally, it offers high reliability with redundant, hot-swappable power and cooling systems, along with compatibility for metro and long-haul applications through OpenZR+ support.
