This bundle features the Edgecore 7326-56X, a high-performance switch designed for demanding network environments. Equipped with 2 x AC Power Supply Units (PSUs) and a Back-to-Front or Front-to-Back airflow configuration, it ensures optimal cooling and reliability for continuous operation.

Pre-loaded with Enterprise Base SONiC, this package offers a robust, scalable, and fully open-source Network Operating System (NOS). It enhances the switch’s capabilities, providing advanced networking features and the flexibility for customization to meet specific network requirements.

The bundle also includes a comprehensive 1, 3, or 5-year hardware warranty and software support, ensuring peace of mind and assistance.

The Edgecore DCS203 switch emerges as a high-performance solution tailored specifically for Top-of-Rack (TOR) deployment in data centers. Encased in a compact 1RU form factor, this switch delivers seamless line-rate L2 and L3 switching across its 48 x SFP28 + 8 x QSFP28 ports. Each QSFP28 port offers versatile configuration options, supporting 1 x 100 G or 1 x 40 G, or alternatively, 4 x 25 G or 4 x 10G through the use of DAC breakout cables.

The DCS203 serves as an ideal TOR switch, supporting 10 / 25 G connections to servers with 40 G or 100 G uplinks, offering flexibility and scalability tailored to the specific requirements of data center environments.

Key features and benefits of the Edgecore DCS203 include its support for hot/cold aisle configurations with front-to-back or back-to-front airflow options, enabling efficient cooling and optimal performance. Additionally, all ports are conveniently located on the front panel, while PSUs and fans are accessible from the rear, simplifying maintenance procedures. The switch also boasts hot-swappable, load-sharing, redundant AC or -48V DC PSUs, along with 5+1 redundant, hot-swappable fan modules, ensuring reliability and uninterrupted operation.

Enterprise SONiC Distribution is a commercially supported, enhanced version of the open-source Software for Open Networking in the Cloud (SONiC). It delivers superior scalability, manageability, and support for enterprise, cloud, and large-scale data center environments.

This Linux-based network operating system supports a wide range of switches, ensuring flexibility and interoperability. It features standard Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols and offers advanced functions like BGP and RDMA, used in large data centers.

SONiC’s containerized architecture allows for easy updates and feature additions, minimizing downtime. It is ideal for high-demand applications like virtualization, cloud, IoT, and AI.
