The UfiSpace S9610-36D is a high-performance, open aggregation router designed to support service providers in evolving their networks to 400G, enabling the next generation of 5G services and applications. This router is optimized for deployment in provider edge networks, central office data centers, and metro network aggregation. It supports OpenZR+ and 400ZR, ensuring efficient bandwidth utilization for WAN and regional aggregation, with advanced capabilities for long-haul applications.
The S9610-36D features 36 x 400G QSFP-DD ports with ZR+ support, as well as SyncE and IEEE 1588v2 timing synchronization profiles, delivering Class C timing accuracy, making it ideal for mobile network aggregation. Built with Broadcom Jericho2c+ silicon and Broadcom OP2 BCM16K, it offers a 14.4Tbps switching capacity and 16GB deep buffering, enabling high throughput with ultra-low latency. A knowledge-based processor (TCAM) ensures efficient decision-making, ideal for provider edge applications.
Powered by the Intel® Xeon® D-2145NT processor, the S9610-36D delivers exceptional performance for modern telecom networks. Its 2RU chassis includes hot-swappable power supplies (1+1 redundancy) and fan modules (3+1 redundancy), ensuring high availability and streamlined maintenance.
Designed for compatibility with open networking standards, the S9610-36D supports integration with open NOS applications and ZR+ optics, making it a future-proof solution for evolving 5G requirements, metro and regional aggregation, and long-haul deployments.
