The Edgecore DCS511 (AS9737-32DB) is a high-performance, 1U data center switch featuring 32 x 400G QSFP56-DD ports, providing a total switching capacity of 12.8 Tbps. Contains e-fuses to protect individual transceivers. Powered by the Broadcom Tomahawk4 chipset, this switch is tailored for hyperscale data centers, ensuring high-density, low-latency, and efficient network operations for modern cloud and enterprise environments.

With support for up to 12.8 Tbps of bandwidth, the switch offers flexible configuration options, where each 400G QSFP56-DD port can be split into 4 x 100G ports. The switch is also ZR+ capable, supporting longer-reach coherent optical transceivers, enabling high-speed connections over greater distances, ideal for data center interconnect and metro networking.

The device supports Layer 2 and Layer 3 functionalities with advanced protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and VRRP, ensuring scalable and robust network management across different environments.

Equipped with a Baseboard Management Controller (BMC), the switch offers out-of-band management capabilities, enhancing operational control and simplifying maintenance. The DCS511 (AS9737-32DB) comes in two airflow versions (front-to-back and back-to-front) to accommodate various data center cooling requirements. Additionally, it offers redundant, hot-swappable AC or DC power supplies and hot-swappable fans, maximizing uptime and reliability in mission-critical environments.

Pre-loaded with ONIE, it supports third-party network operating systems and software-defined networking (SDN), offering flexibility for different deployment scenarios.
