Cumulus Linux and Broadcom have parted ways after NVIDIA acquired Cumulus, which leaves a large Cumulus Linux user base without a clear path forwards. BISDN joined STORDIS’ #Back2Open Program so that Cumulus Linux users can keep their freedom and avoid being stranded with an unsupported NOS.

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
Łukasz Łukowski is the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for STORDIS. Working with channel partners, product management, business development and his marketing team, Łukasz is spearheading the effort to drive year-over-year revenue growth by more effectively leveraging STORDIS' channel and alliance partners, particularly in the areas of open networking for data center, enterprise and telecom. Prior to him joining STORDIS, Łukasz was the Vice President of EMEA Channel Sales and Alliances for Edgecore Networks. Łukasz has over 15 years of experience in the networking industry serving additional two roles as, Active A-Team Ambassador of the Open Networking Foundation (ONF); and a Regional Lead Manager for the Open Compute Project (OCP).
Dr. Hagen Woesner
Managing Director
Hagen earned his Master and PhD from TU Berlin, then spent a PostDoc period in Italy. He was project manager of the EU-funded OFELIA, the first Pan-European OpenFlow testbed in operation from 2011 to 2015. In 2012 he founded BISDN with a handful of friends and is running the company since then. BISDN is building telco gateway functions based on various hardware accelerations and a common Linux abstraction over all platforms. Recently, BISDN has been an active contributor to Deutsche Telekom's A4 project and expands its portfolio with telco network functions like OLT, vBNG, and other gateways, all grouped around the core NOS.
Jan Klare
Senior Solution Architect
Jan earned his Master from JLU Gießen and started to work as a full stack automation engineer for cloud environments. After working as a project team lead within OpenStack Chef and the Celtic-Next EU research project SENDATE PLANETS, he started focussing on software defined networking for datacenters on whitebox switches. At BISDN he is now working on building and maintaining BISDN Linux as a completely free and open source NOS.
