The Edgecore EPS121 (AS4625-54T) is designed for campus and data center applications, offering excellent performance, availability, and scalability. Enterprise SONiC, pre-installed on this device, is a commercially supported and enhanced version of the open-source SONiC, ensuring superior scalability, manageability, and support for large-scale data center environments. The NOS is especially suited for high-demand applications like virtualization, IoT, cloud, and AI.
The Enterprise SONiC package offers key underlay features such as eBGP, ZTP, programmatic API, QoS, and ACL for data center fabric underlay. Additionally, enterprise features like RPVST+ and IP Multicast are included, along with telemetry features like BST Thresholds and Snapshots.
